    Pursuant to Section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as 
amended (5 U.S.C. Appendix 2), notice is hereby given of the following 
National Institutes of Nursing Research Special Emphasis Panel (SEP) 
meeting:

    Name of SEP: Review of Institutional (T32) and Individual (F31 
and F32) National Research Service Awards and Mentored Research 
Science Development Awards-Nursing (K01).
    Date: October 23-25, 1996.
    Time: 8:30 a.m.
