AGENCY: Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

ACTION: Notice of information collection submitted to OMB for review 
and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980.

SUMMARY: In accordance with requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act 
of 1980 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the FDIC hereby gives notice that it 
has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget a request for OMB 
review of the information collection system described below.

Type of Review: Revision of a currently approved collection.
Title: Dispute Resolution Neutrals Questionnaire.
Form Numbers: FDIC 8000/01.
OMB Number: 3064-0107.
Expiration Date of OMB Clearance: November 30, 1994.
Respondents: Parties wishing to be considered for inclusion on the 
FDIC's Roster of Dispute Resolution Neutrals.
Frequency of Response: On occasion.
Number of Respondents: 100.
Number of Responses Per Respondent: 1.
Total Annual Responses: 100.
Average Number of Hours Per Response: 0.5.
Total Annual Burden Hours: 50.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The FDIC has developed a Roster of Dispute 
Resolution Neutrals as part of its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) 
program. Parties wishing to be considered for inclusion on the Roster 
must submit a completed questionnaire containing biographical and 
demographic data. The information obtained from respondents is used to 
evaluate the candidates' qualifications to serve as neutrals in cases 
involving ADR.
