National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation; Tariff Filing

September 13, 1994.
    Take notice that on September 6, 1994, National Fuel Gas Supply 
Corporation (National) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Substitute Sixth Revised Sheet No. 
5 and Substitute Fifth Revised Sheet No. 6, with a proposed effective 
date of October 1, 1994.
    National states that these tariff sheets are submitted to adjust 
the Current Rate to reflect the $.0002 decrease in the Annual Charge 
Adjustment unit surcharge authorized by the Commission for Fiscal 1995.
    National states that a copy of this filing was posted pursuant to 
Section 154.16 of the Commission's Regulations, and that copies of this 
filing were served upon the company's jurisdictional customers and upon 
the Regulatory Commissions of the States of New York, Ohio, 
Pennsylvania, Delaware, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, D.C., 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protest should be filed on or before September 20, 1994. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
