Take notice that Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (TGPL)
tendered for filing on August 31, 1994, Tenth Revised Sheet No. 60 to
its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1. Such tariff sheet is
proposed to be effective October 1, 1994.
The purpose of the filing is to reflect a decrease in the Annual
Charge Adjustment (ACA) Charge in the commodity portion of TGPL's

assessed TGPL its ACA unit rate of $0.0024/Mcf ($0.0023/dt on TGPL's
system) for the annual period commencing October 1, 1994.
TGPL states that copies of the filing are being mailed to affected
    customers and interested State Commissions.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 154.16 of the
Commission's Regulations, copies of the filing are available for public
inspection, during regular business hours, in a convenient form and
place at TGPL's main offices at 2800 Post Oak Boulevard in Houston,
    Texas.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should

be filed on or before September 20, 1994. Protests will be considered
by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken,
but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene.
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available
for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
