Notices; Acquisitions of Shares of Banks or Bank Holding Companies; 
Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 94-21973) published on page 
46253 of the issue for Wednesday, September 7, 1994.
    Under the Federal Reserve System heading, the entry for First of 
America Bank Corporation, is revised to read as follows:
    1.First of America Bank Corporation, Kalamazoo, Michigan. In 
addition to the activities listed in the Notice of August 31, 1994, 
Applicant proposes that Company execute trades for which Applicant's 
subsidiary banks act as introducing broker.
    Comments on this application must be received by October 3, 1994.
