    ACTION:

    Correcting Amendments.

    SUMMARY:

    This document contains a correction to §§ 1231.3 and 1231.4 of the interim final regulation concerning Golden Parachute Payments and Indemnification Payments published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, September 16, 2008. These sections should read “Reserved.”
