AGENCY: Food and Drug Administration, HHS.

ACTION: Notice; correction.

SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a notice 
that appeared in the Federal Register of July 8, 1998 (63 FR 36921). 
The document announced an opportunity for public comment on the 
proposed collection of certain information by the agency. The document 
published with an incorrect address. This document corrects that error.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In FR Doc. 98-18145, appearing on page 
36921, in the Federal Register of July 8, 1998, the following 
correction is made: On page 36921, in the third column, under the 
``Addresses'' caption, beginning in the fifth line ``12420 Parklawn 
Dr., rm. 1-23, Rockville, MD 20857'' is corrected to read ``5630 
Fishers Lane, rm. 1061, Rockville, MD 20852''.
