Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.

Incident Period: 06/11/2014 through 07/11/2014.

Effective Date: 08/21/2014.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/19/2014.

Economic Injury (Eidl) Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/21/2015.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of MINNESOTA, dated 07/21/2014, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

Primary Counties: Hennepin, Ramsey.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
