Equitrans, Inc.; Rescheduling of informal settlement conference

September 14, 1994.
    Take notice that the informal conference originally scheduled in 
this proceeding for Tuesday, September 13, 1994, has been rescheduled. 
The new date for the conference is Tuesday, September 20, 1994, at 
10:00 a.m. The purpose of the conference is to explore the possible 
settlement of the above-referenced docket. The conference will be held 
at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First 
Street, N.E. Washington, DC, 20426.
    Any party, as defined by 18 CFR 385.102(c), or any participant, as 
defined by 18 CFR 385.102(b), is invited to attend. Persons wishing to 
become a party must move to intervene and receive intervenor status 
pursuant to the Commission's regulations (18 CFR 385.214).
