Sunshine Act Meeting

TIME AND DATE: The Finance Committee of the Legal Services 
Corporation's Board of Directors will meet on September 29, 1996. The 
meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. and continue until conclusion of the 
committee's agenda.

LOCATION: Legal Services Corporation, 750 First Street NE., 11th Floor, 
Washington, DC 20002, [phone].

STATUS OF MEETING: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

    1. Approval of agenda.
    2. Approval of minutes of July 19, 1996.
    3. Review and consideration of budget and expenses through 
August 31, 1996.
    4. Staff report on efforts at subletting existing LSC office 
space.
    5. Develop a recommendation to make to the Board of Directors on 
September 30, 1996, as to staff-proposed internal budgetary 
adjustments to the Corporation's FY '96 Consolidated Operating 
Budget (``COB'').
    6. Develop a recommendation to make to the Board of Directors on 
September 30, 1996, as to approval of staff-proposed FY '96 COB 
reallocations.
    7. Develop a recommendation to make to the Board of Directors on 
September 30, 1996, as to a proposed temporary FY '97 COB.
    8. Develop a recommendation to make to the Board of Directors on 
September 30, 1996, as to an FY '98 ``budget mark'' for the 
Corporation.
    9. Consider and act on other business.
