Correction

    In notice document 96-22495 beginning on page 46663 in the issue of 
Wednesday, September 4, 1996 make the following correction:
    On page 46664, in the first column, in the last paragraph, in the 
eleventh line, the date thirty days after publication should read 
``October 4, 1996''.
