The National Science Board's Committee on Oversight hereby gives notice of the scheduling of a teleconference for the transaction of National Science Board business pursuant to the National Science Foundation Act and the Government in the Sunshine Act.

This meeting will be held by teleconference through the National Science Foundation.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

The agenda of the teleconference is: Chair's opening remarks; review draft NSB Overview of Merit Review Digest; review questions and data requests applicable to future Merit Review Digests; discuss priorities for Committee on Oversight efforts for the rest of 2021; and discuss CO oversight of the new TIP directorate.
