Colorado Interstate Gas Company; Notice of Telephone Technical 
Conference

September 15, 1995.
    Pursuant to the Commission order which issued on December 30, 1994, 
a telephone technical conference will be conducted by the Commission 
Staff on Wednesday, September 27, 1995, at 3:15 p.m., to resolve the 
issues in the above-captioned proceeding.
    Parties who wish to participate in, or have any questions about the
