Correction

    In notice document 95-22375 appearing on page 47181 in the issue of 
Monday, September 11, 1995, make the following correction:
    On page 47181, in the second column, second full paragraph, in the 
sixth line from the bottom ``[thirty days after publication of this 
notice in the Federal Register].'' should read ``October 11, 1995.''
