  • Start Preamble

Take notice that on September 14, 2011, the Louisiana Public Service Commission (Complainant) filed a formal complaint against Entergy Corporation., Entergy Services, Inc., Entergy Louisiana, LLC, Entergy Arkansas, Inc., Entergy Mississippi, Inc., Entergy New Orleans, Inc., Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C., and Entergy Texas, Inc. pursuant to sections 205, 206 and 306 of the Federal Power Act, 16 USC 824e and 825(e) and 18 CFR 386.206 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedures, seeking a determination that the allocation by Entergy Corporation of the costs for required transmission upgrades associated with the Ouachita power plant to Entergy Louisiana, LLC, violates the Federal Power Act, Entergy's Open Access Transmission Tariff and constitutes affiliate abuse. The Complainant certifies that copies of the complaint were served on the contacts for Entergy Corporation, Entergy Services, Inc., Entergy Louisiana, LLC, Entergy Arkansas, Inc., Entergy Mississippi Inc., Entergy New Orleans, Inc., Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, Inc., and Entergy Texas, Inc. as listed on the Commission's list of Corporate Officials.
