Questar Pipeline Co.; Notice of Tariff Filing

September 19, 1994.
    Take notice that pursuant to 18 CFR 154.63(a)(1), and in compliance 
with the Commission's August 31, 1994, order in Docket No. RP94-331-
000, Questar Pipeline Company on September 15, 1994, tendered for 
filing and acceptance to be effective September 1, 1994, Substitute 
Third Revised Sheet No. 5, Substitute First Revised Sheet Nos. 52, 60, 
73, and 169 and Original Sheet No. 73A to First Revised Volume No. 1 of 
its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Questar states that this filing was served upon its jurisdictional 
customers and the Wyoming and Utah Public Service Commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of 
the Commission's Rules and Regulations (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protests should be filed on or before September 26, 1994. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
