Martin Marietta--Aerospace Division Utica, New York; Termination
    of Investigation

Pursuant to section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation
was initiated on August 29, 1994 in response to a worker petition which
was filed on August 22, 1994 on behalf of workers producing printed
circuit boards at martin Marietta, Aerospace Division, Utica, New York.
An active certification covering the petitioning group of workers
remains in effect (TA-W-27,877). The certification was issued under the
name ``General Electric Company, Aerospace Electronic Systems'' and was
subsequently amended to reflect the name of the successor-in-interest
firm, Martin Marietta. Consequently, further investigation in this case
would serve no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.

Signed in Washington, D.C. this 13th day of September, 1994.
    Victor J. Trunzo,
Program Manager, Policy and Reemployment Service Group, Office of Trade
    Adjustment Assistance.
