    Description: Recipients of Federal disbursements must furnish the 
Financial Management Service (FMS) with their bank account number and 
the name and Routing and Transit Number (RTN) of their bank. Recipients 
without a bank account must certify that in writing to FMS.
    Respondents: Business or other for-profit, Individuals or 
households, Not-for-profit institutions.
    Estimated Number of Respondents: 1,300 .
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Response: 15 minutes.
    Frequency of Response: On occasion.
    Estimated Total Reporting Burden: 325 hours.
