Correction

    In notice document 97-24375, beginning on page 48303 in the issue 
of Monday, September 15, 1997, make the following correction:
    On page 48304, in the third column, beginning in the seventh line 
from the end, ``[thirty days after publication in the Federal 
Register]'' should read ``October 15, 1997''.
