    Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the National 
Deafness and Other Communication Disorders Advisory Council, October 7, 
1998, 8:30 AM to October 7, 1998, 3:00 PM, National Institutes of 
Health, 9000 Rockville Pike, Building 31, C Wing, Conf. Rm. 6, 
Bethesda, MD, 20892 which was published in the Federal Register on 
September 9, 1998, 63FR48236.
    The meeting notice has been amended to cancel the October 6 
Planning Subcommittee meeting. The meeting is partially Closed to the 
public.
