Notice of proposal to Engage in Permissible Nonbanking Activities 
or to Acquire Companies that are Engaged in Permissible Nonbanking 
Activities; Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 98-24971) published on pages 
49696 and 49697 of the issue for September 17, 1998.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago heading, the entry for 
ANB Corporation, Muncie, Indiana, is revised to read as follows:
    A. Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago (Philip Jackson, Applications 
Officer) 230 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60690-1413:
    1. ANB Corporation, Muncie, Indiana; through its subsidiary, 
American National Trust and Investment Management Company, Muncie, 
Indiana, to retain 15 percent of the voting shares of Indiana Trust and 
Investment Management Company, Mishawaka, Indiana, and thereby engage 
in trust company functions, pursuant to Sec.  225.28(b)(5) of 
Regulation Y.
    Comments on this application must be received by October 2, 1998.
