Description: The Benefits Accuracy Measurement (BAM) program
provides reliable estimates of the accuracy of the benefit payments in

causes can be eliminated. This proposes extending BAM program for 3
years while reducing average samples sizes and permitting States more
flexibility in how they verify information pertinent to the sampled
    payments.
