SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of North Dakota (FEMA-1726-DR), dated September 7, 2007, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of North Dakota is hereby amended to include the Individual Assistance program for the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 7, 2007.

Grand Forks County for Individual Assistance (already designated for Public Assistance).
