recreation purposes (Tract No. XTGIR-143RE).

of TVA's Ocoee No. 1 Dam Reservation property in Polk County,

Company for advertising support and delegation of authority to the
Senior Vice President, Communications, to execute the supplement.
3. Abandonment of a portion of the Pickwick-Memphis transmission
line right-of-way easement affecting 7.7 acres in Shelby County,
Tennessee (Tract No. PM-228).
4. Approval for Fossil and Hydro Power to enter into a contract
with Sverdrup Corporation to perform makeup water supply upgrades
and services for TVA fossil plants.
