reasonably designed to assure and monitor compliance with the currency 
reporting and reporting requirements established by Federal Statute and 
the U. S. Department of Treasury regulations.

    Estimated Number of Recordkeepers: 1,191.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Recordkeeper: 2 average hours.
