SUMMARY:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published a notice in a Federal Register on September 19, 2013 (78 FR 57683), inviting the public to comment on a proposed information collection titled “Application for Standard Government Headstone or Marker for Installation in a Private or State Veterans' Cemetery, VA Form 40-1330.” This document withdrawals the Federal Register on September 19, 2013 (78 FR 57683). VA submitted this notice prematurely, will continue to develop it and will issue another notice in the near future.
