    Florida Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Self-Implementing 
    Transactions
    
     September 20, 1995.
        Take notice that the following transactions have been reported to 
    the Commission as being implemented pursuant to Part 284 of the 
    Commission's Regulations, Sections 311 and 312 of the Natural Gas 
    Policy Act of 1978 (NGPA) and Section 7 of the NGA and Section 5 of the 
    Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.\1\
    
        \1\ Notice of a transaction does not constitute a determination 
    that the terms and conditions of the proposed service will be 
    approved or that the noticed filing is in compliance with the 
    Commission's regulations.

        The ``Recipient'' column in the following table indicates the 
    entity receiving or purchasing the natural gas in each transaction.

        The ``Part 284 Subpart'' column in the following table indicates 
    the type of transaction.
        A ``B'' indicates transportation by an interstate pipeline on 
    behalf of an intrastate pipeline or a local distribution company 
    pursuant to Section 284.102 of the Commission's Regulations and Section 
    311(a)(1) of the NGPA.
        A ``C'' indicates transportation by an intrastate pipeline on 
    behalf of an interstate pipeline or a local distribution company served 
    by an interstate pipeline pursuant to Section 284.122 of the 
    Commission's Regulations and Section 311(a)(2) of the NGPA.
        A ``D'' indicates a sale by an intrastate pipeline to an interstate 
    pipeline or a local distribution company served by an interstate 
    pipeline pursuant to Section 284.142 of the Commission's Regulations 
    and Section 311(b) of the NGPA. Any interested person may file a 
    complaint concerning such sales pursuant to Section 284.147(d) of the 
    Commission's Regulations.
        An ``E'' indicates an assignment by an intrastate pipeline to any 
    interstate pipeline or local distribution company pursuant to Section 
    284.163 of the Commission's Regulations and Section 312 of the NGPA.
        A ``G'' indicates transportation by an interstate pipeline on 
    behalf of another interstate pipeline pursuant to Section 284.222 and a 
    blanket certificate issued under Section 284.221 of the Commission's 
    Regulations.
        A ``G-I'' indicates transportation by an intrastate pipeline 
    company pursuant to a blanket certificate issued under Section 284.227 
    of the Commission's Regulations.
        A ``G-S'' indicates transportation by interstate pipelines on 
    behalf of shippers other than interstate pipelines pursuant to Section 
    284.223 and a blanket certificate issued under Section 284.221 of the 
    Commission's Regulations.
        A ``G-LT'' or ``G-LS'' indicates transportation, sales or 
    assignments by a local distribution company on behalf of or to an 
    interstate pipeline or local distribution company pursuant to a blanket 
    certificate issued under Section 284.224 of the Commission's 
    Regulations.
        A ``G-HT'' or ``G-HS'' indicates transportation, sales or 
    assignments by a Hinshaw Pipeline pursuant to a blanket certificate 
    issued under Section 284.224 of the Commission's Regulations.
        A ``K'' indicates transportation of natural gas on the Outer 
    Continental Shelf by an interstate pipeline on behalf of another 
    interstate pipeline pursuant to Section 284.303 of the Commission's 
    Regulations.
        A ``K-S'' indicates transportation of natural gas on the Outer 
    Continental Shelf by an intrastate pipeline on behalf of shippers other 
    than interstate pipelines pursuant to Section 284.303 of the 
    Commission's Regulations.
