Conversion Application
Notice is hereby given that on August 15, 1994, the Deputy
Assistant Director, Corporate Activities Division, Office of Thrift
Supervision, or her designee, acting pursuant to delegated authority,
approved the application of Home Financial Corporation, M.H.C.,
Hollywood, Florida, to convert to the stock form of organization.
