Alaska; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    As a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 
September 13, 1994, I find that the Norwest Artic Borough and the Yukon 
Koyukuk Educational Region in the State of Alaska constitute a disaster 
area as a result of damages caused by severe storms and flooding 
beginning on August 8, 1994 and continuing. Applications for loans for 
physical damage may be filed until the close of business on November 
14, 1994, and for loans for economic injury until the close of business 
on June 13, 1995, at the address listed below:
