Excellence in National Environmental Policy Foundation has cancelled 
the board meeting of September 27, 1996, at the University of Arizona 
Main Library, Tucson, Arizona 85721. Notice of this meeting was 
published September 20, 1996 in 61 FR 49491. This meeting was cancelled 
due to illness.
