Correction

    In rule document 99-23722 appearing on page 49646 in the issue of 
Tuesday, September 14, 1999, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 49646, in the first column, in the EFFECTIVE DATE 
section, in the last line, ``November 14, 1999'' should read ``November 
4, 1999''.


Sec. 71.1  [Corrected]

    2. On the same page, in the second column, under the heading AWP HI 
E4 Kalaeloa Airport, Kapolei, HI [Corrected], in the second line, 
``lat. 21 deg.18'21''N'' should read ``lat. 21 deg.18'26''N''.
