Railroad Accident Reporting
AGENCY: Federal Railroad Administration (FRA).
ACTION: Announcement of change in location for public hearing.

SUMMARY: By notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) published on August
19, 1994 (59 FR 42880), FRA scheduled a public hearing for November 3,
1994, at the Delta King Hotel in Old Sacramento, California, to allow
interested parties the opportunity to comment on issues addressed in
the NPRM. The location for this public hearing has been changed to
Portland, Oregon at the following address: Portland Inn, 1414 S.W.
Sixth Avenue, Portland, Oregon.
Dates: The hearing will take place on Thursday, November 3, 1994, from
9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
