Notice of Partially Closed Meeting

    In accordance with Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act (P.L. 92-463), announcement is made of the following 
Committee Meeting:

    Name of Committee: Army Science Board (ASB).
    Date of Meeting: 3 & 4 October 1995.
    Time of Meeting: 0800-1700, 3 October 1995; 0800-1200, 4 October 
1995.
    Place: Edgewood Research Development and Engineering Center 
(ERDEC), U.S. Army Chemical Biological and Defense Command Aberdeen 
Proving Ground, MD.

Agenda:

    The Army Science Board's Independent Assessment on ``Hit-To-Kill 
Interceptor Lethality'' will meet for a seminar on chemical and 
biological warfare agent characterization as related to Theater 
Missile Defense Lethality. The seminar format for the meeting 
supports a detailed study of biological and chemical agent 
capabilities, effects, and detection capabilities, decontamination/
neutralization. The open portions of these meetings are open to the 
public. Any person may attend, appear before or file statements with 
the committee. The closed portions of these meetings will be closed 
to the public in accordance with Section 552b(c) of title 5, U.S.C., 
specifically subparagraph (1) thereof, and Title 5, U.S.C., Appendix
