Notice of Availability and Intent To Grant Exclusive Patent
License
AGENCY: U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, DoD.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: In accordance with 37 CFR 404.6, announcement is made of the
availability of U.S. Patent Application Serial Number 09/045,815 filed
March 23, 1998. This invention has been assigned to the United States
Government as represented by the Secretary of the Army. The Department
of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to Tactical
Medical Solutions, LLC, a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive license
in the United States to practice the Government owned invention
described in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 09/045,815, entitled
``Advanced Surgical Suite for Trauma Casualties,'' filed March 23,
1998. Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 90 days
from the date of this notice to file written objections along with
supporting evidence, if any. Written objections may be filed with the
Office of the Command Judge Advocate, U.S. Army Medical Research and
Materiel Command, 504 Scott Street, Fort Detrick, Maryland 21702-5012,
Attn: MCMRA-JA.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The invention is a self-contained, rapidly
