Transwestern Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

September 22, 1999.
    Take notice that on September 16, 1999, Transwestern Pipeline 
Company (Transwestern), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet, 
proposed to be effective October 11, 1999:

Second Revised Sheet No. 37A

    On September 10, 1999, Transwestern filed in this Docket a proposed 
service allowing Transwestern to contract for services on PG&E's Market 
Center. The reason for this filing is to comply with the Commission's 
September 15 order in this Docket requiring Transwestern to refile 
Sheet No. 37A to correct pagination duplication. No changes were made 
to the content of the sheet.
    Transwestern further states that copies of the filing have been 
mailed to each of its customers and interested State Commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.W., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
