Correction

    In notice document 99-24545 beginning on page 51121, in the issue 
of Tuesday, September 21, 1999, make the following correction:
    On page 51122, in the first column, in the DATES: section, in the 
second line, ``[insert date 60 days from publication in the Federal 
Register]'' should read ``November 22, 1999''.
