Pennsylvania; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    Lycoming and Tioga Counties and the contiguous counties of 
Brandford, Clinton, Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Potter, 
Sullivan, and Union in the State of Pennsylvania constitute a disaster 
area because of damages caused by heavy rains and flooding on August 
18, 1994 resulting from the remnants of Tropical Storm Beryl. 
Applications for loans for physical damage may be filed until the close 
of business on November 18, 1994 and for economic injury until the 
close of business on June 19, 1995 at the address listed below: U.S. 
Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 1 Office, 360 Rainbow 
Blvd. South, 3rd Floor, Niagara Falls, NY 14303, or other locally 
announced locations.
    Any counties contiguous to the above-named primary counties and not 
listed herein have been previously declared under a separate 
declaration for the same occurrence.
    The interest rates are:
