AGENCY: Department of Education.

ACTION: Correction Notice.

SUMMARY: On September 16, 1998, an emergency review notice inviting 
comment from the public was published for the Case Service Report. Date 
for approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) was 
inadvertently published in the Federal Register (63 FR 49557) as 
``September 16, 1998''. This notice corrects the date for approval by 
OMB to ``October 1, 1998''.
