SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In response to a recommendation by the 
National Transportation Safety Board and consistent with 14 CFR 
47.33(c), With respect to aircraft built from kits, the Aircraft 
Registration Branch is

requiring that applicants for aircraft registration must also submit a 
bill of sale from the manufacturer of the kit.
