Reopening of Comment Period on Revisions to the Underground
Injection Control Regulations for Class V Injection Wells
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Proposed rule; notice of reopening of comment period.

SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reopening the
comment period for the proposed rule revising the Class V Underground
Injection Control (UIC) regulations which published in the Federal
Register on July 29, 1998 at (63 FR 40585). The reopening of the
comment period will allow all interested parties to submit written
comments on the proposal.
DATES: The comment period for this proposal will be reopened on
September 29, 1998 and will close on November 30, 1998. Comments will
only be accepted on new sections of the proposed rule (see Table 1 of
the preamble (63 FR 40587)).
