Notice of Meeting

    Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the National 
Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism Special Emphasis Panel, 
October 14, 1999, 8:30 a.m. to October 15, 1999, 5:00 p.m., Holiday 
Inn, Bethesda, MD, 20814 which was published in the Federal Register on 
August 18, 1999, 64 FR 44936.
    The meeting will be held on November 1, 1999, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 
p.m., 6000 Executive Blvd., Rockville, MD 20852. The meeting is closed 
to the public.
