Incident: Severe Storms, Torrential Rains, Tornadoes, Severe Wind, Hail and Flooding.

Incident Period: 07/03/2016 through 07/09/2016.

Effective Date: 09/22/2016.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/21/2016.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/22/2017.
