The Minerals Management Service has prepared a final Environmental
Impact Statement (EIS) relating to the Proposed Outer Continental Shelf
Oil and Gas Leasing Program for 1997-2002 pursuant to section 102(2)(C)
of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
