Colorado Interstate Gas Company; Notice of Proposed Changes In 
FERC Gas Tariff

September 24, 1996.
    Take notice that on September 10, 1996, Colorado Interstate Gas 
Company (CIG) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First 
Revised Volume No. 1, Fifth Revised Sheet No. 12, with and effective 
date of September 30, 1996.
    CIG states that the filing that was made on September 6, 1996, in 
the above referenced docket inadvertently left out Fifth Revised Sheet 
No. 12.
    CIG states that copies of its filing has served to all of its 
jurisdictional customers and on the interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385,211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
