ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: By a vote of 4-0 on September 19, the
Commission determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and 10 CFR Sec.
9.107(a) of the Commission's rules that ``Affirmation of Louisiana
Energy Services (Claiborne Enrichment Center): Citizens Against Nuclear
Trash's Motion for Reconsideration of CLI-97-11'' be held on September
19, and on less than one week's notice to the public.
Affirmation of ``Sequoyah Fuels Corp. & General Atomic: Docket No.
40-8027--EA; LBP-95-18 and LBP-96-24, Memoranda and Orders (Approving
Settlement)'' was postponed from Friday, September 19. No new date has
been set.
