Great Lakes Gas Transmission Limited Partnership; Notice of Final
Revenue Sharing Report--Past Period Charges
September 24, 1998.
Take notice that on September 18, 1998, Great Lakes Gas
Transmission Limited Partnership (Great Lakes), filed with the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) its Final Interruptible/
Overrun (I/O) Revenue Sharing Report related to past period charges in
compliance with the interest compliance plan established on July 2,
1998 in Great Lakes' rate proceeding in Docket No. RP91-143-045, and
the Commission's order issued July 30, 1998 in Docket No. RP91-143-046
which approved Great Lakes' interest compliance plan.
Great Lakes states that this report was prepared and submitted in
accordance with its July 2 interest compliance plan and that the report
reflects final remittances made to firm shippers for: (a) I/O revenue
related to past period charges collected from I/O shippers resulting
from the return to rolled-in pricing for the period November 1, 1991
through September 30, 1995, based upon Great Lakes' current Revenue
Sharing mechanism established under Article IV of the Stipulation and
Agreement in Partial Settlement of Rate Proceedings in Docket Nos.
RP91-143-000, et al., filed on September 24, 1992, and approved by
Commission order dated February 3, 1993, as modified by further
Commission order issued in Great Lakes' restructuring proceeding in
Docket No. RS92-63 on October 1, 1993, and (b) application of
additional interest on prior I/O Revenue Sharing distributions made by
Great Lakes to firm shippers in this proceeding. Great Lakes states
that final remittances were made to eligible firm shippers on August
21, 1998.
Great Lakes states that a copy of its filing is being made
available for public inspection during regular business hours at Great
Lakes' offices, One Woodward Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48226, and that
copies of its filing were served on its firm customers, parties to this
proceeding, and the Public Service Commissions of the States of
Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan.
Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E.,
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the
Commission's Rules and

Regulations. All such protests must be filed as provided in Section
154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies
of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
