Oregon Coast Provincial Advisory Committee Meeting

SUMMARY: The Oregon Coast Provincial Advisory Committee (PAC) will meet 
on October 15, 1998, at the Siuslaw National Forest, 4077 Research Way, 
Corvallis, OR. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue until 
3:30 p.m. Agenda items to be covered include: (1) Siuslaw National 
Forest matrix harvest, (2) implementation monitoring, (3) water quality 
management plan, (4) Swiss needlecast, (5) 15 percent late-successional 
rule, and (6) PAC rechartering. Committee meetings are open to the 
public. Two 15-minute open public forums are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. 
and 3:00 p.m. Interested citizens are encouraged to attend. The 
Committee welcomes the public's written comments on committee business 
at any time.
