Correction

    In rule document 01-1249 beginning on page 3861, in the issue of 
Wednesday, January 17, 2001, make the following correction:

Sec.  103.25 [Corrected]

    On page 3871, in the second column, under the heading Subpart D--
Provisions Relating to Borrowers, in Sec. 103.25, in the first entry, 
``(b) A borrower'' should read ``(a) A borrower''.
