Intrastate Rail Rate Authority--Oklahoma

AGENCY: Interstate Commerce Commission.

ACTION: Extension of certification.

SUMMARY: By decision served August 30, 1990, the State of Oklahoma, 
through the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, was certified to regulate 
intrastate rail rates, classifications, rules, and practices for the 5-
year period ending August 30, 1995. Pursuant to a request from 
Oklahoma, the Commission extends certification for an additional 60 
days so that Oklahoma can complete an application for recertification 
in compliance with State Intrastate Rail Rate Authority, 5 I.C.C.2d 680 
(1989).

DATES: Oklahoma's certification is extended to October 30, 1995.
