Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of prospective patent license.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Active Control eXperts, Inc. of 
Cambridge, MA 02142-1227, has applied for a partially exclusive license 
to practice the invention disclosed in NASA Case No. LAR-15348-1, 
entitled ``Thin-Layer Composite-Unimorph Piezoelectric Driver Sensor, 
`THUNDER' '' for which a U.S. Patent Application was filed by the 
United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the 
National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Written objections to 
the prospective grant of a license should be sent to Ms. Kimberly 
Chasteen, Patent Attorney, Langley Research Center.
